Underretning om indsamling af personoplysninger hos dig

Efter databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 13 skal Datatilsynet give dig en række oplysninger, når tilsynet modtager oplysninger om dig. Oplysningerne vil komme til at blive oprettet og indgå i Datatilsynets elektroniske sags- og dokumenthåndteringssystem.

Datatilsynet skal i den forbindelse give dig følgende oplysninger:

  1. Vi er den dataansvarlige – hvordan kontakter du os?
  2. Kontaktoplysninger på databeskyttelsesrådgiveren
  3. Formålene og retsgrundlaget for behandlingen af dine personoplysninger
  4. Modtagere af dine personoplysninger
  5. Opbevaring af dine personoplysninger
  6. Dine rettigheder

Notification of the collection of your personal data

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Data Protection Regulation, the Danish Data Protection Agency must provide you with certain information when the Agency receives your personal data. Your personal data will be processed as part of the case generated in the Danish Data Protection Agency's electronic case and document management system.

The Danish Data Protection Agency must provide you with the following information:

  1. We are the data controller - how do you contact us?
  2. The contact information of the data protection officer
  3. The purposes and legal basis for the processing of your personal data
  4. Recipients of your personal data
  5. Storage of your personal data
  6. Your rights
